So our dryer just died and looked up someone to fix it. This global solution company popped up and had 16 great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I’m a mom with two kids and don’t feel comfortable letting strangers into my home without my husband there. But decided to give them a try and the two nicest guys came by. Their names were Eli and Daniel. They were super fast and knew right away what to fix. It was the belt. Paid their $85 dollar fee to just show up and look at it included in the final price. So overall great experience with them and they fix everything.

My old stove developed an illness and that prompted me to look for a repair service. A quick search online helped me to narrow down my choices and i picked a few companies to make calls. Global solutions was my top choice since i read so many great reviews. I called them and Was able to make a quick appointment. Jordan was my repair person. He was prompt, courteous and very polite. He handled my problem in one hour and to my surprise he had replacement parts on hand to complete the work. My experience with global solutions is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Eli was the most pleasant service man I met ao far. My dishwasher broke down on my and kept humming. Eli came and gave me a reasonable estimate. Laid some towels to protect the floor and started his magic. An hour and a half later he fixed it and I was very impressed by that. I wanted to call Bosch and yell at them because it was a fairly new dishwasher but Eli told me not to do that because it was a human error and it can happen to all dishwashers. He gave me tips how to prevent this problem and others from occurring agein. He really made the extra mile.

My 5,000$ Viking range worked fine for 11 years and then he started to a act up. Clicking noises and burn intermittently. It got worse as time went by. Eli came with Johnny and they both fixed my beautiful beast of a range. It worked perfect and no problems. Eli and Johnny gave the range a tune up as well.

He came to fix my fridge on a WEEKEND, I almost missed this company. I thought no will work on a weekend but I had to check anyway and Behold!!! Global Solutions were open weekends!!!

Quick repair for good price

I don't really read reviews and don't care for them to be honest. Each person has a different experience and it doesn't mean much really. I was really impressed with the way this company do business and I decided to tell people that are little lost with all the selection and promises out there.

Global Solutions Appliance Repair did an excellent, professional job with my refrigerator. They replaced a compressor in my 11 year old Sub Zero fridge and it worked better then before for 3 months now. They did a tune up and even clean completely after themselves. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

After a bad experience with an appliance repairman I called this company based on reviews on Yelp and Google. I was lucky to do so. I had a problem with my Thermador Double Oven. It stopped working at times and didn't heat much. Eli came, realized what the problem was and ordered the part. 5 days later he calls me and apologizes because the supplier had a human error and send the wrong part, Eli sent me a picture of the part and a receipt showing he placed the order the second he left my house, he said the actual part will come in 4 days. Four days later he came back as promised and replaced the part and did a tune up. He fixed it and made it brand new. Thanks Eli.

It comes in threes. First the car brake down, then sink developes a leak and then the refrigerator broke. I was lucky to meet Johnny. He came to us early in the morning and identified the issue quickly. He then left to get the part and returned several hours later to install it and it worked well ever since. He also said that after an incident like this usually good fortune follows and it did!

I'm not the kind of guy to write reviews, I will make an exception on with case. My washer broke down and I needed someone fast. I called Global Solutions Appliance Repair and didn't expect much honestly, I had bad experiences in the past with service providers. When I called a woman answered and set an appointment for 12-3 that fits for me, the next day I got a call from Jordan and he said he will be at my house at 12:30, he came 12:28. He fixed my washer in under two hours and since then I had zero problems with it. Jordan was very professional and kind and talked to the point which I liked. He deserved to get recognized and that's why I am writing this review

My oven stopped working and i was sure its gone till they got here and fixed it.

Johnny was very helpful, he did his job professionally and thoroughly. My Refrigerator stoped cooling on my food side. Johnny checked it out and ordered the part, he came the next day and installed it and he also gave my fridge a tune up. It runs much better.

A week ago I was in a friends house and she asked me to stay with her because she is expecting an appliance repairman. She was home alone and needed my support. Her dishwasher made weird noises and didn't work. She booked an appointment and during the time of the appointment we got a call from Jordan saying he was on his way. 15 minutes later he came and said hello and immediately began diagnosing the issue. Several minutes later he told us he needs to fix it and gave us an estimate. My friend agreed (she was smitten by Jordan) and he began fixing it. An hour later he was finished and and it worked perfectly. He was mysterious and nice and came to work and we saw him as our savior.

My dishawasher broke down late in the evening last week and started flooding my kitchen floor. Global gave me,a fair estimate and fixed it so quickly, about an hour from the moment I called. Thank you so much for saving my precious hardwood floors!

A lot of choices of which to choose from, I am really happy to have chosen Global Solutions with the very proffesional Eli. I had a repairman come to my house BEFORE I called Global Solutions to fix my dishwasher, not only he didn't even speak English, he was really rude as well, andddd he also didn't fix the problem. He said it was the control board, it wasn't, even though it is very similar it wasn't the issue and when Eli came he told me that it a was an entirely different part. He ordered the part and several days later he returned and fixed my dishwasher and also made it cleaner and smelled much better. Thank you for your service.

Eli arrived to my house to fix my refrigerator, I was nervous at first because of the cost of the repair. Eli diagnosed the problem and 15 minutes later he told me the estimate for the repair. It wasn't that high as I thought. Eli ordered parts and a few days later he returned to fix my refrigerator. He did a great job and was very nice.
