If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I called to let them know that my card was being charged twice. Very rude and condescending and suggested I go to my bank and get a statement so they can refund me one of the charges. Both are pending and I will print my statement tomorrow and make ANOTHER trip there to show them if they both go through. My shirts had been ready and I was not notified as I used to be from Lemon Tree. She didn't know why I wasn't notified but they don't do it, the computer does. She was very unapologetic and when I said thank you she just hung up. Believe me I will take my card off file there and go back to Main Street Cleaners. Extremely frustrating!

Horrible experience. Took my heavy coat in for dry cleaning at Lemon Tree. A beautiful heavy winter coat parka type. I got it in like new condition at Salvation Army, but it smelled like perfume .
When I got it back from Lemon Tree, it looked land smelled like it had not even been cleaned- no fresh dry clean smell, and looked dirty with flakes of stuff all over the inside and smelled like perfume the same as when I took it in- I seriously doubt they even attempted to clean it.
I took it back and left it and the manager was supposed to call me, which she never did.
I went back and and this manager, a hispanic female, gave me the third degree. She was rude, did not greet me, and when I asked her about my coat all she said was "What coat"?. She didn't even know , till another employee told her about it.
First she said I waited too long to bring it back. I brought it back less tahn 14 buisness days later cause I was out of town for Thanksgiving holidays.
Then she accused me of wearing the coat- well, we had one of the hottest Months pf November on record, so no, I did not wear it at all.
She refused to reclean it , but said she would if I paid again- yeah , like that is gonna happen- not!.
Basically I am am out the 25 dollars for the job not done right, and also what it will cost me to reclean it elsewhere.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place at all cost, or buy a few pet rocks, it would be money better spent.
Oh yeah, after I was treated like a dog by this manager, toadd insult to injury she said "have a nice day" as I was walking out...that really got my goat.

Avoid this place - very averag...

Avoid this place - very average cleaner, terrible customer policies. To clean 2 plain pillow shams (a $4 cleaning item), they wanted me to have a credit card ON FILE WITH THEM because these are "household items." Who in their right mind would leave a credit card on file with a business with all the credit card fraud, much less for a $4 item? Also, they wanted a signed damage waiver and prepayment. This is utterly ridiculous - no good cleaner expects these things, and I'll be going to one that has always treated customers right, even though it's farther away.
