I have been waiting on a costume order i placed Jan 2 and the order was finally sent out to me June and the carrier NEVER scanned my package to catch my change of address, and on top of that they delivered to a random home!! i have been trying to get someone to help me with this matter and its been over 2 months, they tell me they will go knock on the door of where they left it and they never call me back. One lady was extremely rude and told me to stop talking!!!, and they basically told me that im out 120.00 and nothing there going to do to fix this!!!! I think the carrier needs to pay me back for this item especially since they left it at the wrong house!!!! im so disappointed that my daughter has not been able to get her christmas gift from last christmas!!! i will not let this slide! horrible costumer service and I never even got an apology!!

The post office has never been an issue. They are excellent in customer service and quite efficient. THE PROBLEM is that the CARRIER will NOT come to my door. We do not have anything that would prevent deliver to the door. Instead, we get a card in the box that says they are "Sorry We Missed You!" We homeschool and are HOME in the day! NO ATTEMPT IS EVER MADE! Such a pain having to go to the post office -- especially when we're waiting on an important delivery!!!

The absolute incompetence of the Kernersville NC 27284 office is truly amazing!!! Never depend on receiving anything from that office to were it's supposed to go.
