great experiences. each time i've been in there the staff is friendly and helpful. cheep prices and decent selection

The comment above is ridiculous. ..must not be a true customer because if you EVER really shop at Triad Smoke Shop- you would know how it feels to be treated RIGHT!! Eric- is AWESOME about giving a great deal, has lots of patience which is def meeded if dealing with ME - there has been a few employees that have come on gone.. Jack- is cool as can be... If you have gone in there after the "major change of staff", you know that you have been treated with kindness and not yelled at and respected... I miss you guys!!!

I'm torn between two actions:



Let this business get away with poor service and not say anything.

or

Share my experience to fore warn others and potential customers about this business.



Manners please, where has the respect and the kind attitude gone? Is this business owned by someone new Good luck keeping the doors open with the horrible customer service and the outrageous prices you have. I could go on and on about this place.



Pros:

Nothing



Cons:

A little expensive

Horrible attitude towards customers

Only like 2 cars can be parked at a time

Doesn't honor will beat anyone's prices.
