ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever received. Been in this store 3 times and every time it is ridiculous. Teenage girls trying to operate a customer service business don't work. My dog has more customer service skills than these 2. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SOME HELP FOR YOUR SPRINT ACCOUNT. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Hope I never have to visit this store again
