Excellent service. Upon diagnostic testing my car needed a crankshaft based upon the code. The mechanic called my dealership and researched and found out that my engine was covered under warranty. The great thing about the service Saddler didn't even charge me for the Diagnostic test. Highly Recommended!

I have used them for several repairs on a BMW, a Toyota and a couple of Lincolns. I like dealing with them and getting good quality work with a friendly and professional interaction.

They fixed my car for less than half what Five Points Auto was going to charge me, and did it in one day. They also repaired my malfunctioning car seat at no charge. I got the distinct impression that they were very anxious to do a good job and satisfy me as a customer. I will be taking my car back when needs be, and I will keep you posted. John Houston.

Very down to earth people here. They take the time to explain what the problem is and don't try to sell you unnecessary parts and services.
