After several years of visiting a once respectful business in the Kernersville community, I had the misfortune of seeing these owners true colors. Having only missed one previous appointment, I was shocked to be confronted with an "after-the-fact" policy charging me for an appointment I sadly had to miss. Unfortunately for the owner, the obligation to inform her clients of a new policy was missed at the time it was implemented, as we as my unreturned two calls prior to my appointment. I received a call only the evening before our rescheduled time notifying me that she must stick to her guns and hold the policy over my head that she failed to tell me about prior to bearing it on my shoulders. Her disregard for the reputation of her business stood true as she refuted me as a customer simply because myself and a family member attended together and usually made payment for us both, however, I had visited on my own and therefore claim to be a (former) customer. I was dumbfounded when I made her aware of her offer to remind me of my upcoming appointment and her quick response negating herself of any responsibility to that extent came quicker than any attempt to mend a client relationship with me. If an owner of a business has no accountability for her own obligations, natural, or in-kind, where does mine stand to honor her policies. After several minutes of technicalities and policy reiterations to the liking of signing a mortgage, and essentially irrelevant to the foundation of customer service, I was told that by questioning the policy I was never told about i had disrespected her business and left her no choice but to fire me as a client. Surprise! you can't fire me, i quit!
