I just got my car back and I couldn't be happier! My car broke down at Wake Baptist Hospital in High Point Sunday and Jeff's towing picked it up on Monday. The computer was completely ruined and there was some electrical work to do and the alternator was replaced and I got it back about 2 hours ago. It was delivered to me at the hospital where I was with my son who had just had surgery. I am so grateful for the promptness and special courtesy I received, as well as the concern that was shown for me and my son! I will recommend Jeff's Classic Towing and Locksmith to anyone I know who needs repairs on their car!

This guy is a scam artist. Took 3 hours to come to the pick up. Then said he couldn't tow the vehicle because he didn't bring the proper equipment to tow an SUV. But he still wanted to be paid by the company I was going through so he lied and said he could fix my vehicle. Then when I followed up with him he blocked my number and still scammed even the service I was going thru for the money. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST!! STAY AWAY!!

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I waited 3 hours for them to show up and still had to call Verizon back for another dispatch. Did not even call me to say they weren't coming.

Please do not use this service. We were told that he would be out in about 1/2 hour. We waited over 2 hours and still no show. We called him back and he told us that he did not provide the service we needed. We would have to get someone else. We called and asked for another provider from our Roadside Assistance company. They were to call us back the next day, when we called them again the next day we were told that Jeffs Classic Towing had come out and we refused service because of the cost. They paid him for our service. Well all I can say, he lied. He did not came out.
