I had the worst experience with stylist Ann Fowler. I asked for high/low lights and a trim- to take a little weight out of my hair, but no layers and trim my ends.

I was given grey highlights and Really Dark Brown Hair on the bottom!! The cut is uneven with a bunch of short layers-- so much for my thick ponytail:(I am now left with very thin hair.

I don't want to go into much detail on how I was treated by Ann Fowler and the owner Mindy. All I can say is this was the worst experience and they should not be an Aveda Salon.



Lesson learned - I will never ever stray away from my hair stylist Joel at Grassroots again!!
