I had two packages that were being returned per vendor's prepaid Fed Ex shipping. I had not realized that for some reason one label was for ground shipping.

I kept looking for the package online. I was in a panic mode when I contacted Gloria with Goin Postal. I think that is what I was doing!! Gloria even call me after hours to help after hearing my message on their machine.

Everything was fine. Gloria was fantastic.
