My Cadillac had a bad transmission over the Thanksgiving holiday, my family and I were visiting from 5 hours away and Ron and his family worked on my car for over 10 hours on the weekend, he went above and beyond, going so far as to change a bulb and check out some other things that were potentially a danger, he and his family treated me like family!!
