Abner Banwer is who I dealt with. He is not to be trusted. I originally had one unit of storage for $81 per month. They moved their warehouse and didn't tell me. Then he tried to increase my monthly bill from $81 to $340. I told him that was a huge increase, and he said if I didn't like it, he'd throw my belongings out on the street. I couldn't afford the increase so he just kept my belongings. Two years later he withdrew $800 from my bank account without my permission. I called and asked why he did that, and he said I had 5 units and that I owed him extra money. He's a thief and a liar. Don't do business with this company.

I used these guys for a move back in October. After overcharging me by double the price I spent the next year trying to get my money back and no one would call me. Don't use them. They push their customers around and are wishy washy with finding a date to actually move you and bump you around even the night before your move. Find someone who will stick to your date and not try to scam you.
