Jay is very personable and doesn't give you the "sales pitch". He's old fashioned in that he wants to get you the product your house needs, and he's not trying to scam us into anything. The only complaint is that his timeline moves slower than we were hoping in terms of getting our windows in, but that's the nature of any project so it might not be a fair judgment. Our windows will be installed this Saturday, so I haven't seen the full process quite yet, but it should only take one day and they pride themselves in cleanliness. I'll have more to say after this weekend!

Excellent installation crew, good follow-thru on commitments, fair pricing. A true family-owned and operated company. Will do business with them again!

We were very pleased by the work that Jay's crew did. They were able to work with our old home built in 1940 to make the windows look as good as they do. One window had some rotten wood frame and they were able to rebuild the frame and install the window. They also made sure the inside looked okay.

Jay's Windows installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door for us. We chose to install Comfort Design product. What an improvement to our home. These guys are so friendly and clean! We really enjoyed working with them.
