If possible, please avoid affiliation with this company. Paul M. Ferder, the general manager, has just recently shared his racist views on a vulgar rant through Instagram. Talking to young children about having sexual relations with their mothers, along with other members wives. In this rant he shared his racist views about Asian Americans and "where they belong" in society. The most unprofessional event I've witnessed by a representative of a small business.

Can't believe this company has someone like Paul M Ferder working for them. He recently went on a racist, hate filled rant on a public Instagram account where he made wild claims about people's wives and mothers. His comments were slanderous and vile. Fortunately, he had a link to his company on his Instagram account kentmold.com and many people in the Instagram community were able to report him to his company HR department. Let's hope he doesn't get away with the comments he made!
