I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.My boyfriend and I have been coming to your store for years. We have a rottie.not cheap to buy food. the lady was very helpfull,even though she recognized that she didnt own any pet,she gave us a lot of advices.great customer services! they spoke about items we need it for our dog, "to be a good dog owner."

She ended up giving him a discount on our dog food. Very friendly,may be too friendly. He ended up with her phone number when he needs more help.301-968-1269.The service was excellent and you beat the competitor's price.We couldn't ask for more.

At a time when our economy is taking a beating for our family food is a necessity for our big love one..way to go Petsmart...Great services. Very,Very friendly personnel.
