First time going into the Lint Trap. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. I did since it was my first time there. The lady working helped me to figure out which washers would work for the laundry I brought in to get washed. The Lint Trap is a nice and clean place to go if you need to get laundry done in a short amount of time. I am sure I will be back.

I have never had a problem with this establishment nor those who work there. In fact, they are very accommodating and honest: E.G., I had a faux fur jacket that had faux leather, which could not be dry cleaned without causing harm to the latter material. She informed me that they cleaned it by hand and they did a nice job. The Lint Trap is a good alternative to the other dry cleaner in this city, which has a monopoly on the business and I question if the negative reviews of smaller, independent establishments may stem from them or their supporters.... the latter is not a fact, merely educated supposition. Business politics aside, I use the Lint Trap regularly and have had positive results. The price is higher than what I was accustomed to in another part of the U.S (the reason I rated it with 4 stars instead of 5)., but it is comparable to other dry cleaners in Kenosha.

over charged and just not right

If you bring your cothes to be dry cleaned, your given the amount is will cost upfront. Heres the thing, if your charged too much they wont let you know . If your charged under they'll expect you to pay the right amount. Alot of the clothes that are asked to be dry cleaned such as comforters, feather beds and certain clothing are washed in a regular washer which cost $5.25 to wash and your charged up to $40. Alot of the washer an dryers lose money and its hard to get that money back. The owner will test the equipment with no clothes in it and if it works for her than u dont get your money back. I use to like he place but after a wile you pretty much know how much it cost to dry clean certain articles of clothing and witnessing someone asking for their comforter to be dy cleaned and after they leave its thrown in a washer is just down right wrong and unprofessional.

They do not dry clean comforters

you think you're paying all this money to have your comforter dry cleaned but what they really do is wash it and hang it over a cart for a few days to dry.
