The purpose of this review is to highlight the outstanding service I recently received at the Engine Doctor shop in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The father and son ownership of this local community business has a unique approach to doing business. They are friendly, committed to quality service, professional, and courteous to every customer. This uncommon approach to business and customer service is a rarity for most businesses. My snow blower machine recently stopped working. Several years ago, a friend recommended this business.
I revisited the Engine Doctor yesterday to have my snow blower diagnosed and repaired. Too, my surprise the repairs were completed within one day. I was so thankful because the National Weather Forecast is predicting another heavy snow fall for the Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and Racine areas. The snow storm is predicted to blanket these areas with 4-to-8 inches of snow.

I was afraid that the repairs would not be completed prior to the upcoming storm. Not only did the owners satisfactorily repair my snow blower. The owner's son also helped me load this heavy machine onto the back of my vehicle. I would strongly recommend this company to all residents within the Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and Racine area. I am truly one happy customer!

Took my 8hp snow blower in for repairs because I couldn't keep it running. Larry went over the machine and found 3 problems and fixed them. Machine runs great now. He even picked up the machine from my house and delivered it after the repairs were made. I would recommend his shop for your repairs. Gary J.

He's a RIP off said it was a sparkplug turned out it was a factory defect, got charged $21.00 for a sparkplug. Do not go there.

First of all, when the guys give you a hard time give it back. I brought in my generator that was under warranty. The guys fixed the generator in record time for FREE. Plus they helped load the generator into the back of my truck. One other thing, the work was completed over the July 4 holiday.

My husband brought our lawnmower and powerwasher in for tune ups, they did a wonderful job on both and their pricing was not outrageous. Very happy with the outcome on both machines. Highly recommended!
