HORRIFIC. Dr. Regner is an irresponsible vet and an unfeeling person. When she was called on her emergency line on a Saturday night to be notified that a dog was in extreme pain and needed to be put to sleep, she did not return the call. Not Saturday, Sunday, or even Monday when the office opened. The suffering animal was taken to a vet in Racine where his family had to say goodbye to him.When called out, her staff and Dr. Regner herself lied about being out of town(when she was seen outside her office over the weekend )and her response was, and I quote," you're not mad at me, you're mad your dog died." What kind of person, especially one who's profession is to CARE for and HELP animals would say that?!? Hands down the WORST vet in the area. Utterly disgusting. I strongly urge anyone thinking about using her offices to reconsider finding someone with a heart to care for your beloved pet.
