Provided by YP.comTerry Constant represented a personal injury case for me several years ago. I was told there was a meeting to attempt to settle out of court. After the meeting I received a telephone call stating there was no settlement and I would need a lot more money to go to court and was better off just dropping the case. I always thought the case had been settled, and to this day, I have never received any documentation regarding settlement. I don't even know if there is a place to look up what the outcome was. Request everything in writing, and then be prepared to pay per page of paper!

Provided by YP.comone of the worst Disability moderators in Kenosha, Wisconsin... was not very caring and even in tears said "Your tears do nothing for me." Slow on getting medical records, his staff never stays the same, very disorganized, and very unprofessional. Was kicked out for being upset and had to give a fuss for my case file
Attorney Constant has been practicing law for over 35 years, and does the most disability work in this area. He is not a "moderator", but an attorney and client advocate who is the only attorney listed as a member of the National Organiztion of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, in Southestern Wisconsin,excluding Milwaukee. Mr. Constant prides himself on being very professional,and draws a fine line between being an advocate and cheerleader. Clients need balanced, accuarate evaluations of their chances of success. While a negative review is unfortunate, Attorney Constant and staff is respectful and hard working.
