One would think a property management company's main cash flow would be tenant's rent but not here. Bear's main income source is collecting hundreds of application fees each year, only to refuse a large majority due to unrealistic requirements. Think twice before you give Bear a dime to scrutinize and belittle you!

This apartment complex is not recommended at all... By far this has been my worst rental experience! Poor Management not easy to deal with and very unprofessional!! The apartments are not built well. The noise level is a problem, the over all upkeep of the property is poor. Not a place to call home... Save yourself the headaches you will experience if you rent here.
