I recently used Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Kennewick to refinance my home loan. Initially, I was afraid they would not be able to help me because my home has decreased slightly in value since I bought it in early 2009. David Mordue was my mortgage consultant and he helped me to get into a lower rate through a new government loan program even though I owed more than my home's current appraised value. I was very impressed by the personal service and willingness to help me save money. They made it very easy and closed my loan quickly. I am very satisfied with their services.
