I have never written a review on anything in my life beofre, but the awful service I received and poor experience I had with Bob’s auto needs to be shared. For starters, Bob is a deceitful man who ended up ripping me off thousands of dollars without my knowledge or understanding. He has worked on my car several times in the past until I recently decided to learn how to work on cars myself. While working on my car I have come across extremely cheap or broken parts inside my car. (The broke and cheap parts are the specific parts Bob supposedly “fixed”.) I am in complete shock and will never do business with this foul man again. EVERYONE BEWARE DO NOT GO TO BOB’S AUTO.

Driving to poker venues by yourself can get a bit worrisome. Through a case of Multiple Sclerosis into the mix and anyone can see why I have to be able to rely on my van. Bob stayed up many long nights and weekends fixing and servicing my old white GMC van over the years. Purchased it at auction odometer read 143,604 miles when I gave it away a few years later the odometer read 859,793. With one exception Bob of Bob's Automotive was the only person I absolutely trusted to maintain my van. He could foresee many issues and schedule me in by telling me any time you even suspect a problem come by after closing and I'll get right on it. Once in a heck of a bind having just arrived from Las Vegas van sputtering pulled into Bob's Auto. The next day I woke to a fixed van picked up one of my daughters and took her back to Vegas then across the nation to Paris Island SC USMC Boot camp. Then Atlanta and up to Kennesaw head long into a swarm of tornados. Date? APRIL 27th 2011.
