Poor service and high fees

I recently moved from the Tri-Cities. I banked at Banner Bank for over 18 mos. They charge for everything. I had several accounts with decent balances. I still was charged $4 for a Money Order and $15 when I needed to re-order checks. The tellers are not friendly and seem actually mad if I ask for something out-of-the-ordinary...say a balance on my accounts. Their online banking is an antique and doesn't help much. They only have a few ATMs, so I got stuck using other banks ATMs and getting charged each time.Banner was just not a very pleasant place to bank for me. I've had much better banking experiences and I would not recommend Banner to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service, love to charge fees for the smallest service..stay away~

My checking account has been on the positive side the past several months,I forgot about a check I wrote several weeks ago, and it cleared yesterday. It was $2.00. The bank paid it, but because I only had 85 cents in my account. They charged me a whopping $25.00 for paying the check. They never contacted me to suggest I deposit a buck or two in my account to avoid these charges, they simply fined me about 1200% to pay around $2.00. I have had similar problems with Banner Bank in the past. They fine my account overwhelming fees for paying out amounts less than a few bucks.I know, KNOW, I need to switch banks. I'm just lazy. I have three separate direct deposits accounts per month with this bank and two automatic withdrawals from this bank. It would be a major pain in the posterior to switch all that. Just find a better bank. It won't be hard, there are actually banks in the Tri-Cities who WANT your business and won't nickle and dime you with fees on every service they provide
