This day spa is a rip off. I found them online. I wish I had read the reviews others wrote ahead of time. All these women hit the nail on the head! The services are WAY over priced. I wouldn't mind paying the extra money if it was worth it. It wasn't! When I got to the front the bill was 3x's what I thought it was going to be. They had offers that were already expired, I was very upset with them. They gave me a run around on how they would take care of me the next time I went there. Problem is I will never go back! HORRIBLE disgraceful customer service! Misleading!

I also had a horrible experience here! They are very expensive. They charged me 3 times the amount my doctor charges! I had fillers injected mulitple places. They were over/under injected! Think twice before going to this medi spa! Once they have your money your another fool!

BEWARE! LOOK FOR A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON. I HAD PROBLEMS HERE. THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT HELPING. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT TELLING ME I WASN'T GETTING A REFUND I NEVER ASKED FOR. I WANTED IT FIXED, THEY IGNORED ME! I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

My experience was a negative one. Would not recommend dealing with Lori. I found her unprofessional and misleading. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Told all of my friends to stay away.

I recently visited BioDerma in Kennett Square and found my whole experience to be a very good one! I was skeptical about moving forward with some anti-aging treatments but Lori and Sam the doctor put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable about the services they were offering. The consultation process was pretty cool as we started with this picture booth that shows you how your skin is aging. Lori told me it was recently seen on Oprah! Anyway, my skin wasn't as bad as I thought so I was real happy about that. They made some simple recommendations that I did move forward with and got me on some good skin care products called Obagei which i'm getting used to. I loved the results and would certainly go back for more! Great job. Thanks so much, I feel pretty again!!
