I wish I could give negative stars. Patients BEWARE! Horrible experience in the office and procedure center. Dr. Kamath is not well read and cannot treat anything complicated. My husband died from something that could have been prevented. He saw a nurse in the office and all Kamath wanted was to scope him and make money.

I recently had an upper endoscopy at Dr. Kamath's surgery center and was completely won over by him and his staff. The center is very busy, but has such great organization and systems in place that the process is not rushed or confusing. Dr. Kamath, the nurses, and especially the anesthesiologist, were SO kind, so patient, and so thorough that this was the most pleasant outpatient procedure I've ever had. I cannot say enough about how truly caring and competent this organization is, I have already recommended them to a good friend and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

MY DOCTOR WAS DR DIXIT AND HE WAS AS KIND, KNOWLEDGABLE AND THOROUGH AS DR KAMATH, AS I HAVE KNOWN DR KAMATH AS A PROFESSIONAL. THE OFFICE STAFF WERE ALSO WONDERFUL.

Dr. Kamath and his Digestive Disease center are the best! I hvae been a patient since 2002 and had more than 10 procedures done there by Dr. Kamath and always felt he was sweet, kind and knowledgeable. He is never intimidating, never rushed and listens carefully to your story. I have recommended at least 5 family and friends who have been happy with their experience. The Center runs like a well oiled machine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The day after every procedure I get a phone call from a nurse asking how I feel. The billing dept. is a little tough always asking for co-payment up front which doesn't always work for me or I would give them 5 stars. When it counts, you want to be with Dr. Kamath.

Dr. Jay Kamath treated me in the hospital recently, he took his time explained everything to me. I was crying when he left because I felt he wasn't looking at the infection that raised my #'s and antibiotic bringing my #'s down, instead implied it was from a medicine. Thats why I gave a 4 star not 5. All else he said is so true, I looked up online and Dr Kamath was right on target with "worrying" and the problems it can cause he is a wonderful Doctor/Man/Person, he promised within a year I would be ok and I believe him.......God Bless you........from Linda
