This is one of the best companies I have ever found. They have been cleaning my carpets for many years. Fran is always so pleasant when I call to schedule my carpet cleaning. Bernie arrives on time and gets right to work. He does an excellent job, moves the furniture back in place and is always professional and courteous. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

Our friend Nancy recommended American Dream Carpet Cleaning to us after she had a very good experience with their service. I called ADCC and Fran was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. We had had damage from a flood and needed help right away. Bernie arrived on time and set right to work. Because of a schedule change, ADCC was able to add 2 chairs to the work and in short order it was completed. BUT the best part is that our 10 year old cream colored sofa looks like new. We couldn't be happier with the job and have already shared your name with friends. Thank you for a job well done. You are a blessing. Joy

American Dream Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning our carpet since 2003. It is a real pleasure from the first initial contact with Fran to Bernie (the technician). He does a wonderful job at cleaning the carpet. He is polite, courteous, and has the experience to do a wonderful job. When he leaves, our carpet looks like brand new. Extremely happy with the cleaning of my carpet. I have very light carpeting and was amazed at how great Bernie made it look. Sometimes a spot may show soon after cleaning and they immediately came back to go over that area. Very happy and highly recommend. I recently moved to St. Pete's from Houston and I'd had my furniture in storage for 2 years; it desperately needed a face lift. I did a lot of research on line before calling American Dream and I chose them because of their reputation. I could tell from my first phone contact with Fran, the owener of American Dream that I'd be in good hands. Bernie, a 15+ year employee with the firm, came out yesterday and did a splendid job. He also saw that I'd been trying to clean my stainless steel appliances and educated me on the best way to clean them, leaving me some cleaning solution that he had in his truck, and telling me where I could get more. I was ready to replace the light gray carpet in my den after spilling a full glass of dark chocolate protein drink on it. The carpet was six years old and badly stained already so I was delighted when American Dream told me they could improve it substantially. They were right, I cannot even see where the spill occurred, and the two other rooms I had done look almost new. The sofa and love seat were equally improved also. I plan on calling this team next year for spring cleaning, and this time try out their ceramic tile cleaning service too. I highly recommend American Dream and thank them, and also my daughter-in-law for suggesting I use them. I'm a happy girl! Donna M

Today I had my carpets and sofa cleaned and I am so amazed at how good they turned out. I was convinced the sofa needed to be pitched but it looks great and I can save the expense of a new sofa. My carpets were beyond dirty and honestly every stain came out and the floors looks wonderful. I have already posted their name and my delight on Facebook. Great job, great price and great company. I couldn't be happier that American Dream Carpeting was able to get an ink stain out of my brand new leather recliner! After reading all several articles about how difficult removing ink from leather would be, I wasn't feeling optimistic, but so happy they were able to completely remove the stain. I have had my carpet cleaned, my furniture cleaned twice, always excellent job. I also had them clean my Mom's carpet and a house that I sold and have never been disappointed in the service. Yesterday I had my carpets cleaned by American Dream. The house smells fresh and my carpets look beautiful. Bernie was prompt and courteous and did a wonderful job! I'm just sorry I didn't have American Dream clean my carpets previously. I would definitely recommend them.! Sandra

No matter what day or time I call, American Dream always fits me in! I run a very busy vacation rental management company. When guests check out and damage the carpet or furniture, we know who to call. We have been using them for five years now! Honest, dependable and great pricing too! Hard to find these days. The gentleman was supposed to arrive at 2PM and didn't arrive until 3PM, he completely saturated the floors, stains reappeared within the hour, it is now Monday the floors are still wet and it smells awful in the house. They also steam cleaned the tile and it is still wet. The AC is on in the home. I called to get a resolve and the only things she could offer as a resolve was she never had a complaint in 18yrs and that she would call me back... I see all these good review and do not believe a one of them considering my experience.

You won't find a more competent and courteous cleaning company than American Dream . Two weeks ago my family visited with only two days notice. I called Fran Friday afternoon and half an hour later Ryan arrived with all of his professional equipment. He spent one hour cleaning a filthy sofa. The sofa looks brand new, all spots and dirt are gone. Ryan spent another hour cleaning an area rug, it looks spectacular! The next morning another employee cleaned my bath tub tile which was covered with hard water stains and soap scum. Now it's shiny and clean. He also cleaned the my tile shower removing mold and mildew. I had used the strongest tile products but to no avail. The upholstery on my dining room chairs that showed years of use, were made to look very presentable. American Dream is a family run business that takes pride in its work. They are polite and professional and their prices are VERY reasonable. They're the best! Lucy Karl

I am very happy to give this company an excellent rating. I was desperate to get my elderly Mother's carpets cleaned. We had moved all her furniture outside at the behest of another carpet cleaning company. When the other company arrived they decided they could not do my Mom's carpets because she was on the 10th floor. (No one asked what floor she lived on when it was scheduled). At any rate they left. I was left to find a reputable and affordable carpet cleaning company THAT DAY. I called six companies and finally Fran answered at American Dream. Her service man arrived within a few hours and did a marvelous job. (My Mom is very particular!) They really saved the day for me, as the rain came that night. American Dream Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by my realtor and I am glad they did. They showed up right on time (actually a little before the appointment) did an excellent job on all my carpets and even saved me some money from what my old carpet cleaning would have charged.
