Ridge Valley Exteriors is truly a great company that does great quality work. They have successfully completed two new roofing projects for my family, one on my home and the other for my in-laws. Also, I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors and they successfully completed their homes as well. That is 4 homes in my neighborhood alone; I call that a great sample of work. Trust me, anyone looking for the most professional company out there must call these guys. They were extremely detailed, patient and took the time to address our needs. Given the amount of untrustworthy roofing companies out there, I was completely satisfied with not only the work but also with the company of Ridge Vally Exteriors. Our salesman Matt Bumgarner was fantastic and personally walked us through every aspect of the job. I cannot recommend Ridge Valley enough so do yourself a favor and call these guys first and let them take care of your roofing needs.

Miserable experience. I would NOT recommend using Ridge Valley. Issues throughout the entire process, lack of follow up with no response to calls or emails. They installed skylights with HUGE stickers stuck in the middle of them, after they ordered the wrong size skylights to start. Nightmare. Save yourself the headaches and work with another roofing company!

I can recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors for roofing. We worked with Sam Rutherford who walked us through the entire process with our insurance company. It made it so easy. The roofing crew and materials showed up on time and were very professional. They did an excellent clean-up.

My Wife and I really Enjoyed Having Sam From Ridge Valley Come out. They Did the Roof across across Street Last year. My neighbor was getting a new roof by some other company. We met Sam after meeting with the other contractor that was going to do the roof next door. Sam was so nice and informative. He was very professional, and Our roof looks amazing, even better than our neighbor's! We are so glad that we used Sam with Ridge Valley Exteriors. He even installed the Ridge Vent System. To keep our attic properly ventilated. Other than the new roof you would never know they were here. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Thanks Sam.

They did a great job. It only took one day once the date was scheduled. The installers came back the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up. Our contractor, Joe P. kept us informed the whole entire time. They even repaired some areas of wood that had been damaged by carpenter bees. I would definitely use them again.

This company knows what they are doing. On time, reliable, knowledgeable. Very good with my insurance, Sam Rutherford was able to get it covered when others could not. They were finished in one day, and even replaced some facia board on my home for no additional cost. Sam moved out of State and Joe Pierron took over and smoothly transitioned us into each step and was there to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend Joe Pierron and Sam Rutherford and this company to anyone looking for help with a new roof!

We just had our roof redone by Ridge Valley Exteriors. Joe Pierron was so helpful, he helped with all the claim and insurance paper work. If we had any questions he was able to answer them. His crew did an awesome job. Very fast and on time just like we were told. They cleaned up everything and some. Im so glad we chose RVE to do our roof. Wow Joe Pierron is honest and very reliable. He stands behind his product and is very helpful during the process.

I recently had my roof replaced by Ridge Valley Exteriors and have been very happy with the results. Joe Pierron handled my purchase; he did an overall inspection of my roof taking pictures off all the issues found. Later I had my roof inspected by my insurance company, they agreed with all of the areas Joe had identified and covered the total roof replacement. I was very impressed with Joe Pierrons knowledge and professionalism throughout the process; he was articulate, thorough, and spent plenty of time explaining when I had questions. The work was done promptly and on schedule to the appointment. The crew did an excellent job, taking care not to damage my landscaping and did a good job cleaning up. After completion Joe came out to insure all was completed to my satisfaction. My roof is very steep and there were a couple of shingles that need to be replaced, Joe promptly got the repair done. He also followed up several weeks later to insure there were no other issues. My overall experience with Ridge Valley Exteriors and Joe Pierron was excellent; I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Joe and RVE did an excellent job. Very thorough and so easy to work with. The work they do up front is so terrific and unlike other roofing companies. My roof looks great!!!

This was our 2nd roof to be replaced by Ridge Valley...one was on our primary residence and one on our rental property. Joe Pierron and his crew are just fabulous...great say/do. We have had nothing but good experiences with RVE and although I hope not to have a new roof anytime soon, if we do...we know who to call.

Needing a new roof as a result of storm damage, but hesitant to go through the claims hassle,seeking quotes from roofing companies etc coincidentally there was a knock at the door and there was Joe Pierron from RVE.Joe wasn't your usual pushy salesman.He took me through the process;worked with the insurance adjuster and gave me a fair price.The roofing materials and his crew turned up spot on time and when bad weather interrupted the work they took care to ensure the roof was fully protected overnight.Once completed,the gardens etc were thoroughly cleaned.Joe kept in touch throughout.The result - a great looking roof with no subsequent issues.I then recommended Joe to a builder friend of mine - an expert eye - who has also decided to use Joe and RVE.

I recently had a replacement roof installed by Ridge Valley Exteriors. This initial inspection was done by Joe Pierron. Joe inspected the roof and then issued me a full report. This did indicate some storm damage and my insurance company agreed. Joe then worked with us to select the replacement shingles, schedule the work answer any questions that i had. The crew turned up exactly on the indicated time and worked hard through a hot day to complete the job. Joe visited several times through the installation to see if I was happy and answer my questions or concerns. The job was complete and ther oof looks great to me. The clean-up was thorough. The only issue i had was a broken pathway light (probably had something fall on it) and Joe replaced this for me. i would recommend this company (and Joe) for your roofing needs.
