To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. A free coupon enticed my daughter and I into this store. Before we left we had a dozen mini cakes in hand and had ordered 60 more for her baby shower. Unfortunately, mother nature didn't want her to have the shower on the original date. We had picked up our 60 perfect looking cakes, but were snowed out. No shower, no guests, no desserts needed. We rescheduled the shower a few weeks later. To my surprise the owner did not charge me for the second order. I was in shock. It was such a great act of kindness, totally unexpected. I was thinking maybe she'd give us a discount of some sort. Instead she remade the order at no cost to us. The shower was a hit and the bundt cakes were a perfect way to end the event too. We ordered 3 different kinds and each were delicious. Not only are these bundt cakes little bites of heaven, their owner is an angel. If you order any flavor you won't go wrong. A place like this needs to be recognized. Deliciousness and kindness...now that's a perfect combination.
