They said that they would deliver the arrangement by 5:00 to my husband's work and it didn't arrive until way after 5. This caused my husband to have to stay late at work on his birthday just to get his birthday present that I sent him. I called Edible Arrangements to notify them that at 3:30 he still hadn't gotten his arrangement. The manager didn't seem concerned and stated that they had till 5:00 to deliver it. I called the manager back to let him know that it wasn't delivered before 5 and he put me on hold to call the driver to verify my statement. Of course the driver lied saying that it was delivered right at 5 so he wouldn't get in trouble but did say that he ran into some traffic. The manager wanted to send me some strawberries to make it right. I wanted my money back but he refused. We settled on him giving me half of my money back because they did a half a** job! Don't use them! They don't stand by their word!
