Wanted to do something special for my mom for the holidays. Bruce and William made that happen. Fast, great customer service, and it seems like they like their job. Highly recommend

I took my car here for a pulley to be replaced. I got my car back, and within 5 miles of driving I noticed a new, unpleasant sound. Took it back immediately. Turns out, I suddenly had a $1000 AC repair needed, the exact same day these guys worked on my car.



AVOID THESE CROOKS!

I do not recommand this place at all. Everytime I bring one of my cars here they somewhat fix the problem only to make a new one. Their mechanics are terrible and Tony the shop manager has a problem with telling the truth. I have gone to this shop for way to long and have been lied to by this person 3 separate time. The last one was enough for me and I have now found a new place to go to for my service. Here's a thought when you say something is not your fault and you have noted things on my ticket that showed up before you received my car you better damn well make sure its on my printed ticket which it was not. I take my car in for the a/c to be fixed 4 days later my engine light comes on of course its nothing you did and per Tony the light was on the week prior and you noted it on the ticket. First of all how the hell would you know you didn't have the truck the week before and when we brought it down the engine light was not on and as a matter of fact has NEVER been on until you "fixed" the a/c, you stated you noted it on the ticket well I have my ticket and NO WHERE is it so called "noted". I don't even give think they deserve a star but the front desk person Griz is a very good person I will give them one star for him but nothing for service and definitely not for the shop manager Tony he has a problem with the truth. I would strongly advise you not to go to this place but if you do, plan on having a new issue on your car after a few days and then take your car somewhere else.
