I went into the Kennesaw location today to pick up my ring that I left yesterday to be cleaned. I stood at the cleaning counter where there were two people working, but neither acknowledged that I was standing there. I walk to another counter and was immediately asked if I need help and it turned out to be the store manager. He walked over and apologized that no one was over to assist me. I told him that both ladies were there, but didn't acknowledge me. She said she thought I'd been helped. Why would you think that when you didn't ask and I was standing in front of you. My husband spent a lot of money on my wedding ring, but I won't be returning to this store to spend any more money. you should send your employees back through customer service training. Unhappy customer!
