The staff was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect dress and veil and a special shout out to Sheila who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's special day was perfect!

Katie is the best!!! Go to Impressions in Kennesaw and ask for Katie!! It was my first time dress shopping and did not know what to expect. Before I arrived, Katie already selected 2 wedding dresses for me to try on based on what I described I liked. Ironically, I chose the dress she picked out!! I was so impressed! Katie is delightful, honest and so helpful. She also does not pressure you to purchase which is rare. Go see Katie and you will not be disappointed!!

I had a wonderful time dress hunting at Impression! The ladies that welcomed us in were professional and happy to help me find "the one".

Thea, my consultant, was very knowledgeable and easily chose dresses she felt would suit my body type without going outside of my budget. She was enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy being a part of my decision making process. I liked that she was honest about the ones I tried on, ensuring that my money was well spent and the dress was exactly what I wanted. She was very invested in me, and it was great! It made me feel important.

I went to two different bridal boutiques today in search of my wedding dress. The first place I went to was very overwhelming and I didn't feel like I was being heard by the staff or in control of choosing my own dress. Impression was the second bridal boutique and it was a completely different story. The staff was very friendly and open to listening to what type of dress I was searching for. They were very willing to help me find a dress that was in MY price range. Not only was I able to find the perfect dress but the atmosphere was very relaxed and so much more enjoyable. The staff was so great and I can't wait to recommend this place to all my friends!

So after reading bad reviews I must say I was treated so well. There is a NEW staff and all of them were very nice and helpful. My stylist Terry made me feel good trying on dresses. After I told her what styles I like she pulled a wonderful selection and out of all of the dresses I found my dress. She was very helpful but above all excellent service!!!

My fiance went to this store to get her dress and her bridesmaids' dresses.They were extremely unprofessional, and accused several of them of lying about their sizes. They actually demanded to see one of their pants before they would believe them and then told them that they had weird shape. I do not like the way they were treated there at all and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

my girl went to this store, its incredibly awesome...she found her dress and all the time I was hanging out with the front desk manager who was the coolest dude around....staff is amazing, store was very high tech, and the girl was in the most amazing dress...great store!!!!

Impression Bridal is awesome. I found the cutest homecoming dress there today. There were so many cute dresses it was hard to choose just one! Luckily I can go back for prom. I will be letting all my friends know this place ROCKS!!!! The staff was so fun, my sales consultant Hailey tried on dresses with me!! I had a great time and got a great dress.

I read all these reviews and was so scared to go into this store but because it is local I took the chance...it is obvious to me that it was DAVID's across the street writing the reviews to bad mouth them...upon entering the store is an amazing, gorgeous store with granite floors and crystal chandaliers...the staff greeted us upon entering and handed us to a delightfull young lady with golden curls on her head...she was young but very experienced about the job she obviously loved....the managers at the front were happy and loved what they were doing you can tell since they were singing and the most cheerful bunch I have ever seen...when I found my dress the entire store customers and staff alike all clapped as I cried looking at myself in my wedding gown...when reading any of the other reviews remember....their competition HAS TO HAVE WRITTEN THESE HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT THEM because that is NOT what I or my mother experienced...they are all out of a story book...including hailey the comet!!!!!

My Wedding is on August 24th of this year, my Dress is gorgeous, I ordered it, everything fit right, I also ordered my 2 Bridesmaids Dresses there, they came in and are gorgeous, my Dress and their Dresses got here quicker than expected. However when I picked out my Veil in the store it was a promotional Veil, we had to wait to get paid before we could purchase it so they said no problem we will right down the code so you can just pay over the phone because we live an hour away from the store. Once we got paid we called to order the Veil and we told them what the lady told us and we told them it was a promotional Veil and they said I have no idea why she wrote down the code because all promotional Veils have the same code so we had to drive an hour up to the store to make sure we bought the right one. Needless to say they are kind of disorganized. The people that work there are kind of rude and snobbish but the two young gals that helped me were great besides the fact that she wrote down the code that didn't work

This place is a joke! They can not compete with David's Bridal! Total mom and pop company and the manager is nuts ! Do not waste your time and money here. Low class !

The place is worried once they got your money!! I advice you to stay away! Planning a wedding is already stressful this place will definitely add more stress.

By far the WORST PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away if you dont want to go through alot of trouble!!!!!! Once they get your money, they are RUDE and could care less about you!!! wedding planning is hard already, you dont need this extra STRESS on you!!!! let me share to everyone what had happened to us!!! my sis wedding is in November and our main priority was to get the dress first!! so back in May, we went dress shopping and found a dress we liked there. We ordered it right away so that there is ample time to make alterations on it so that it would fit. In July, they called us to see if we wanted to order the dress. we were surprised and frustrated that it was NOT ORDERED YET!!!! we paid money for the dress already and thought they would order it but they didnt. After having a long and RUDE conversation with the manager there, the dress was ordered!! After the dress came in, we came in for a fitting. We made an appointment and they said we didn’t. We were not happy but luckily the seamstress was available to do a fitting. There were straps on the dress that we didn’t like, so we ask them if they could take it out for us and also add a bustle. They said yes so we left. One of the ladies there name Debbie was nice and tried to help us as best as possible (making sure everything came and called us when it came so we can pick it up). She was basically the ONLY ONE THAT WAS NICE!!!! When they called again to get the dress picked up, the straps were out but now there is TWO HOLES where the straps were!!! We told them that this does not look good!!! Guess what one of the OWNERS said!!! They said “ive worked here for 6 years and never saw straps on this dress!!!” We were SHOCKED AND FURIOUS!!!! WHY WOULD WE MAKE THIS UP!!!! After some going back and forth, one of the ladies went to get the exact sample dress on the floor and what do you know, THERE ARE STRAPS!!!! She apologized but the damage is already done! The wedding is over now but let me tell you, the bustle that was made, DID NOT WORK!!!! SO GO at YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
