I had just the opposite experience of a prior complaint I read about exchanges. Staff and manager at this location were totally helpful with - the replacement of a recalled chain saw purchased three years prior and, an air pressure gauge for my compressor that leaked. On each occasion I could not have been more satisfied with the handling. I shop at the store in Kennesaw regularly and will continue to do so.

Had the worst experience with the Harbour Freight in Kennesaw, GA on Saturday March 9,2013. I asked about returning a tire pressure guage and was treated very rude. So I asked for the store manager (Eric) and he came up to me with attitude right off the bat and was a complete jerk. He was out of stock on the tire guages like the one i have, so i said i would pay the difference and get another tire guage that cost a few dollars more. He did not want to give me but $4 credit towards a new guage and the more we talked about it the more attitude he gave me. I will never ever shop at that store again as long as he is called a manager. (Eric) the store manager has no management skills and Harbour Freight should secret shop him and have someone deal with him and see just what a jerk he is. Oh and just for the record my last job of 8 years I was a District Manager myself and now I own my own business, so I know how a customer should be treated.
