DGS did some work on my house recently. I had 4 rotted columns and all the rotted trim under my existing porch replaced.They did a excellent job, cleaned up well and were very prompt. I plan on calling them again to do some more work on my house in the future.

This is my third time using DGS for one of my project came. Fair price, quality work and done fast. If you want a smooth project don’t hesitate going with DGS

We had water damage to main floor (from second floor). Damage to ceiling and hardwood flooring, plus carpet damage on second floor. Our insurance gave us a choice to use our own general contractor,. We decided to go with DGS, and glad we did. Most was covered by insurance, be we added some repairs that we paid for separately. Because of dmage to ceilings, floors, etc, several sub contractors were involved. Also we had to move out for a several days while the repairs were done.

Super impressed with DGS and Kevin Ramirez, who was awesome and super helpful. We had a flood in our apt building which damage the floor and some walls in my apartment, i had all my floors replace for LVT new baseboard and shoe molding install. Very pleased with the final work, which took less than a week from start to finish.

Our deck has just been completed by DGS Contractors. They were professional and very tidy. The deck looks fantastic.

DGS took down our old pergola and deck and rebuilt a beautiful screened-in porch in its place in Midtown. It was about an eight week process. Kirt Cahill and his entire crew was 100% professional. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Kirt is great at communicating and staying in touch with us throughout the project. We were so pleased we had them do additional work to the house and plan to hire them for other projects. Would def recommend!

I contracted DGS to repair a leak in my bathroom from a pipe that had burst. DGS came out on a really short notice and made sure everything was repair and back to its original state. The project was completed within 2 days and i was able to make the deadline on my house closing.

Solid Choice for Carpentry and Siding

Dixon Group Services did a very good job with siding replacement and a difficult fascia repair project on my home. It required repairing/replacing rotted wood under metal roofs covering our front bay windows. I called roofers (who only worked with asphalt roofing), window installers (who either didn't know how or didn't want to mess with a metal roof) and handymen (who claimed they could perform the work, then realized after reviewing the project that they were unskilled – at least they were honest!)

I chose Dixon Group after reading online reviews, carefully determining the type of skilled labor needed for my particular project, reasonable cost, and the sense of customer service focus I felt about the company after talking with Diana, customer service rep for the project. She does a great job of communicating clearly, scheduling and coordinating project crews and following through to confirm dates and times that work for the customer, as well as promoting the company’s values of customer satisfaction.

Mario and crew showed up on time every morning with a good attitude, and performed their assigned work with skill, enthusiasm and pride. Their thoroughness and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was getting done right with quality workmanship. I also identified some additional work that needed to be done during the course of the project that was accepted without hesitation and resulted in a finished product where we could enjoy our home with a whole new facelift!

My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a misunderstanding on the estimate for the chimney siding work that was quoted. Pablo prepared a thorough and detailed estimate, which was a good thing compared to several other quotes I received for the project that were much more generalized.

However, several revised estimates were needed for the additional work I was having done, with one of the revised estimates missing siding replacement on the ‘back’ of the chimney down to the deck. So, after adjusting the estimates several times, there was some confusion on the scope of work to be completed at the price quoted regarding the chimney siding ‘back’ vs. ‘front’ which was disappointing. However, after adjusting my expectations, I was satisfied with the final estimate, and overall felt like the total cost for the project was fair and reasonable.

There was also some discussion during the project of some additional small things that I thought would be covered as part of the overall project, but they were never completed. I was also charged for minor siding work on the last day that I thought would be covered but was charged separately.

Bottom line on Dixon Group Services: They are a quality contractor skilled and capable to perform a wide variety of challenging home projects with quality workmanship using quality products at a reasonable cost who provide excellent customer service. Just be sure you are clear on the details and scope of the work to be performed for your project and that the estimate is reasonably accurate and ultimately reflects the total cost and value of your project.

This company is really great. After having two projects completed with Dixon Group Services, I had a couple of projects that needed to be looked at, they were handled quickly and professionally.

During the process Matt Weber noticed some rotten wood around a window so he gave me a quote to repair and this too was completed professionally and very affordable.

Dixon Group Services just replaced the roof in my house and I am very pleased with the job they did. I requested 3 esimates from 3 different roofing contractors in Atlanta and I chose Dixon Group because they are very experienced, the price was very good and their warranty was the best one of all 3.

I will never regret hiring them, my house looks brand new again. They did an outstanding job!
