This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at mc d. I order a egg Mac meal with bacon instead of ham, and small size drink 5.48 was the total. I worked at mc d before and I know there is a difference in price of the meals,drinks etc. I let the cashier know I didn't want a med. I requested the small as I won't be drinking all of that cola. When arriving to the 1st window I was given the same total, even though I requested a small. The cashier proceeded to change it then he sits there rudely waiting. I asked what is my total and he says,I told you its the 5.48. So I asked how when I asked for a different size drink. He tells me all drinks are $1 so you get a large, so I ask for a manager because he obviously didn't get it. He had a attitude and spoke under his breathe and closed the window. The manager seemed lost as if he didn't know what to say. He just kept saying I'm giving you a small but all drinks are the same price.I tell him I need a receipt, didn't get it. Then they give me change. This is a complete scam, mc Donalds is up selling drinks and meals and not telling ppl or giving them options . Its fake food, all manufactured, the customer service at this one was terrible. The food was Luke warm at best . All mc Donalds should be shut down, as they are slowing killing ppl and children, not to mention its the biggest fakest food chain in the world ...don't eat here if you value your life.
