Provided by YP.comI have visited Burger King for the last time. I am so sick and tired of going to these fast food restaurants and getting a side of ghetto attitude. Especially this location. Once again service was slow, rude and ghetto as usual. Why is it nearly impossible to get fast, friendly service at a fast food joint. My final visit consisted of the employee skipping the HELLO and going straight to the WHAT DO YOU WANT as I got 3 words out of my line she rudely said HOLD ON. 2 min later she said GO AHEAD so I gave her my order and after 1/2 a min she DRIVE AROUND. Let me remind you that she had spoken every word w/ a rude tone. I drive around and she looked at me as if my being there had ruined her life and I didn't give her attitude. I had a few choice words for her in my mind but I respectfully decided not to even go there with her. Then as always with most of the burger kings I waited and waited and waited and finally got my food once again with a negative stare from the employee. I drove off just saying "well, gee, thanx! I'm sick of they're attitude and I'm starting to eat less fast food b/c of it but on the bright side I save $$ and eat healthier. I'm no longer providing companies who want to hire people w/unprofessional, ghetto attitudes my money. They can get it from people who think less of theirselves.

Provided by YP.comI VISITED ONE OF YOUR BURGERKINGS ON MY LUNCH TIME TODAY, 12/04/08 AND MY WIFE AND I WERE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR VISIT. FIRST THERE WAS A LONG WAITING LINE TO BE SERVED AND I CAN EXPECT THIS AT LUNCH TIME BUT ONLY ONE REGISTER WAS OPEN AND THAT PERSON ALSO WAS PULLING ORDERS FOR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE ALREADY SERVED. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 # 4 JR WHOPPER MEALS, ONE WITHOUT ONIONS AND A ORDER OF ONION RINGS INSTEAD OF FRIES. I TOLD THE CASHIER WE WOULD EAT IN. SHE CHARGED ME FOR 2 # 1'S AND SAID THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED. I TOLD HER NO I ORDERED #4'S. THE MANAGER THEN CAME OVER TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND I TOLD HER SHE NEEDS MORE HELP. SHE SAID NO WE DON'T NEED MORE HELP WE HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. SO I ASKED HER PERHAPS SHE WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND ME IF THEY DON'T MIND A LONG WAIT TO BE SERVED. AFTER MY ORDER WAS GIVEN TO ME IT WAS IN A TAKE OUT BAG, BOTH JR WHOPPERS HAD ONIONS, AND I RECEIVED 2 ORDERS OF FRIES. THIS ORDER WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT. I DON'T MIND A LITTLE INCONVENIENCE BUT THIS IN MY OPINION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOUR BURGERKINGS ARE OPERATED THEN I WILL SPEND MY MONEY AT ANOTHER LOCATION. I BELIEVE THAT IF THE MANAGER THINKS SHE HAS ENOUGH STAFF THEN THE STAFF SHOULD BE UTILIZED IN A BETTER WAY ESPECIALLY AT THE LUNCH TIME. 2 REGISTER SHOULD BE OPENED IF ONLY DURING LUNCH TIME SO THAT THE CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO BE SERVED AND PERHAPS THE PERSON AT THE REGISTER COULD REPEAT THE ORDER THAT WAS GIVEN TO THEM TO ELIMATE MISTAKES. I WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT THE MISTAKE WAS MINE AND NOT THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER.
