BUYER BEWARE!!!

Best Chevrolet sells flooded vehicles! These vehicles have been traded in in order to avoid filing an insurance claim. Carfax only shows if a claim has been made or if serviced by a dealer. Best Chevrolet then sells the vehicles claiming no flood damage, because the Carfax is clean. Be especially wary of used vehicles from this dealership, flooded vehicles are DANGEROUS! If the powertrain or electrical systems are affected, it can result in a very serious accident!

We visited two other dealerships in the New Orleans area and were completely dissatisfied until we visited Best Chevrolet and Mike Malady. We were treated fairly. We did not have to hassle over the price and he was very knowledgeable about the product. We would definitely recommend Best Chevrolet and Mike Malady and visit Best Chevrolet for our next purchase.

My service rep (Pat) was very helpful. He represents the dealership very well by answering all my questions when I come in, and helps me with a few tips on my older model Chevy to keep my costs down. Thanks!

worst dealership i have ever been too. bought a new car from them to find out a year later that it had already been wrecked before i bought it. car had dents and dinks which they promised they would fix. they kept delaying and making excuses till i got fed up and went to a private company to get it fixed. trying to get warranty work done was a task of its own all the b.s. i had to go through trying to get them to commit. which they never did i hadda go to a different private company to get them to warranty it out because of they would not stop procastinating. by far the worst dealership i have ever been to. i don't think i will ever buy a chevy again because of the troubles ive had with them. i would personally rather deal with fema then best chevrolet.

They will take advantage of your in every possible way. I purchased a new car from them and had nothing but problems. Their service department is even worse. They even tried to make me pay for services that were covered under warranty. Incredibly rude too!
