I have just visited the store for the first time. There were many seemingly knowledgable shoppers . I found the staff pleasant and very helpful. I saw no evidence of rudeness or aggression anywhere and the other customers all seemed to be satisfied and happy

My husband and I are amateur photographers and have no camera store in our hometown. One of the previous reviews stated the staff people were terrible and grumpy; if I remember right.When my husband Steve and I entered into the main building we were greeted by several young associates who were willing to help, and most of them where also working with someone. They just would point us in the right area to look and said they would find us when they were free.Every associate saw us and helped in one way or another. The staff were fantastic to answer questions and to show us alternatives to things we wanted but couldn't be found. I would definetely go back and plan to in September. Thank you Kenmore Camera:)

We had equip. stolen from our car and went to Kenmore camera to try to find similar or same replacements. When our insurance co. called they were able to verify the prices for what we needed and helped us reache a settlement so we could get what we needed that was in stock immediately.

Service clerk with white beard, knew I was interested in a lenses for my new camera. He was giving us all kinds of looks rolling his eyes and even going to help others leaving us to wait. We are amateurs and know little but I tell you this, we will buy a 600$ lense and not from him. If your new to photography don't bother going here, cause he is just not interested in stupid people. Unfortunately stupid people have money and like to advance their skills and knowledge, something he does not have time for. I won't be giving him any commissions, nor gracing this store again. They can;t be bothered
