High-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail & fast service are the reasons why I have been a Tailor Made customer for 5 years and counting. Highly recommend!

I made a 4 pm appt for today. When I arrived this business that is open until 6:30 pm was closed, door was locked up tight. I put money in the parking meter already just to find out I got stiffed! To say the least they lost a customer even before I walked in the door. Oh well! Their problem. I'm petite and if they would've made me a happy customer I would have gone back repeatedly over the years. Too bad, their financial loss. Stupid!

I'm glad I didn't read the negative review below before taking my bridesmaid dress into Tailor Made because I had a very positive experience. I have already recommended this tailor to many of my friends and family boasting about how perfect my dress fits after the alterations and how incredibly low the cost was. I completely trust Tailor Made and will be back with other alterations. He also did an amazing job on my friend's wedding dress. The dress had so much detail but like mine, it looks better than it did when we walked in! Both dresses were completed in a matter of days. I was impressed that he remembered us by name when we came in.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I called to ask how much they thought it might cost to hem a few inches off of a basic cotton dress and he could not come up with a price but after asking for at least an estimate he gave me one. I had to call back once because I forgot to ask if they were open on Saturdays and if there was any possible way he could have it done next week. He responded by saying "ok so you want to not pay good and you want it done early?" What kind of business owner speaks to a customer that way? I told him he would not have my business and hung up. He called me right back and begged me to bring the dress in. I told him he was rude and I did not want to bring my business there. He told me that I was out of line for calling 5 times about the dress. (I called twice and only because I forgot to ask about the Saturday hours) I would NOT recommend bringing any business to such a rude unprofessional business owner.
