Had to have my laptop cleaned of viruses . Really quick service and reasonable rates. Very pleased

I had an exceptional experience with Alaska Computers. I called late on a Friday night expecting to leave a message for the next day. They answered the phone and were so pleasant and nice (even with me calling after 9pm). John came in early on a Saturday to make sure my store could be open for business that day. He was very patient and calm, non judgmental and informative which is what I needed. I would use them again in a heart beat.
