I brought 2 rings in to be reshaped. One of my rings is encrusted with little diamonds and I noticed one was missing when he gave it back. I pointed this out and he tried to tell me it was just dirty. No, the stone is gone. Then he tried saying it's not his fault and it was missing when I took it in. Finally he agreed to put another stone in (probably fake). when he handed it back there was another one missing. I pointed this out and he got angry and insisted it was already missing before and wouldn't let me speak. Finally security had to come and help settle the dispute. What jeweler would ever take in a ring missing stones and not make note of it? NONE! Bad business, bad service, bad work.
