Bought a rebuilt well pump from them to install myself. Paid full asking price in cash & got a receipt. Was asked for my address & phone number 'for their records.' They later contacted me asking for more money for the pump I already paid full price for 'because of all the work he put into rebuilding it'. When I refused to pay more the lady acted as if I was the one treating them unfairly. Never talked to any man involved with this business. Maybe they had a bad employee who was doing things like that & pocketing the cash herself. This was years ago. I am needing well parts again, and checking reviews this time.
