Not the best experience for me. Was happy to take my app fee after lying about the status of the home, stating there were no current applicants. It's been a week now with zero follow up. Be careful when dealing with realtors when looking to rent a house. I'm out of state and needed the assistance to help find a home and Patrick took full advantage of this.

Have you never bought a house before and haven't a clue where to start? Do you have special needs, or need to find that "just right" house? Are you fussy or terrible at making decisions? Look no farther than Patrick and Denise Kennedy. Talk about the "extra mile", Patrick exceeded that in the first week. We probably set the record for the number of houses we looked at before finding that perfect one. Patrick stuck with us the whole time. He must have taken us through at least fifty houses. Not only did he show us houses, but he gave us information on the home buying process and information on the area. We closed on our house in mid-2006, so Patrick and Denise are no longer our realtors, but they are still our good friends. Give them a call. I'm sure you'll find them to be your friends, too.
