This costumer is lieing. Because Kevin told her she was out of warranty since April 20 since she bought a washer and dryer on February 20 and the warranty is 60 days and when she called was june 11 . She knew she was out of warranty because she has a copy of her receipt and kevin told her if we sent a technician will be a charge $69 trip fee and diagnosis plus $65 labor plus parts plus tax and she agreed . Or We will never send a free technician all the way to grandperrie to fix a washer when she was out warranty. She agreed to pay and the technician went the same day . He fixed the problem and told her to pay $145 she start screaming because she was on the speaker phone and my husband and I were hearing her yelling to the technician. She refuse to pay the technician. Of course the technician left he couldn't stay there when she told her to leave her house and she will not pay us anything. She is a liar and dishonest that's why we will never provide any service again to her until she pay us $145. By the way she sent me a bad words calling me names just because we told her God bless her . I posted a pic of her receipt where is so clear she was out of warranty. And she knew it that we will be charging money so she refuse to pay us ,yelled at the tech and posted a bad review when all she got is a free service and a washer working since we fixed it and she still owe us $145.

Absolutely horrible professionalism. I emailed to ask if my warranty was still good since I could not find the receipt. I was told I was still under warranty. Tech came, fixed the washer and when he wrote up a bill I explained that I was told I was still under warranty. He called the owner and aplologized and left. I get an email 15 minutes after he leaves from the owners wife who said I owed $145 for the services. I told her that I was told I was still covered by the warrantt and I was not paying that. Sge replied Immediately calling me names and very degrading. She is so rude, unprofessional, and the company is extremely unorganized. I have attached a screenshot of her reply to me and my not so nice reply back after being verbally attacked.

The technician was friendly and professional . He explained the problem and the cost clearly and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I Had a wonderful experience with Keller appliance , the technician quickly diagnoised the problem and fixed it my front load washer on the spot for much less than I would pay to a normal retail store technician. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any appliance type issue who is on a tight budget!

Everyone seems to have great luck with Keller Appliance. We have not. We keep using them, thinking they will be better this time. Always get the wrong times assigned. Bought an used washer from them and have had nothing but trouble.

I just moved from California and my new neighbor told me about keller appliance so I went there and i bought a nice front load washer and dryer for half the price of new and they deliver and installed the next day so i am very happy thanks.

We are not a rip off or we wouldn't be in business for over 20 years with thousands or repeat customers.For everyone information the charge of $168 for diagnostic 4 separate appliances ( front load washer, front load dryer, side by side refrigerator and built in microwave) All of these are very labor intensive!!!! Please call Sears and ask them now because I just did...And guess what??? I told them I have the same exact appliances at this costumer and they told me just for diagnostic it will be $270 With a $30 discount will be $240. This WILL NOT go towards repairs as the customer stated. It is a separate charge regardless if you fix it or not!!!! You can see we are already $72 cheaper. When he called to schedule a service call we quoted exactly how much will be and he agreed .Then the technician told him again the same price so it will be clear and he agreed happily. And we don't over inflate our prices this is the truth not a lie. We would love to say "free service call with repair like a lot of companies say because we will have a lot more service calls" but because we have INTEGRITY WE TELL YOU THE TRUTH .WHEN YOU see free service call with repair be aware it's just a hook to get your business because you pay for it in the labor and parts because they inflate their prices.And about the filter we match prices if you show proof. I called them on Wednesday before thanksgiving to fix my stove and they came out right out and they repaired my stove immediately and even had the right parts in the van..excellent service and great price. I will definitely use them again.

This group does not function with integrity and I will never use them again. Problems:
1. Could not diagnose yet charged the fee.
2. Brought two parts to fix the problem he could not diagnose.
3. After I did research, I had to select the solution.
4. Overpriced on parts
5. Attempted to charge me core charge for part that did not even require core charge.
I will not use them again.

Service tech was very nice but they are the biggest rip off on their prices. They charged $168 to look at my broken appliances and tell me what needed to be fixed, Then said they can come back next week to fix it at $65 per hour labor plus parts. The $168 for an hour worth of diagnostics is outrageous! Just called sears, they charge the diagnosis fee only if you don't get the repair done. When I spoke to an employee in the office, they said they operated this way because their parts/labor aren't over inflated to accommodate for free estimates. Well, this is an absolute lie because one thing I needed was a refrigerator filter that costs me $30 at walmart, they wanted to charge me $54! I would never spend another dime at this business and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there either.

I had never bought anything used, so to buy a used washer and dryer was a stretch for me. But after visiting the store and looking over washers and dryers, it was clear to me to buy used and from Keller Appliance. I did, they even worked around my schedule to get it delivered and set up. I have a 60 day warranty on them. I had problems with washer this past week, they came out and my washer was done, by no fault of mine. Yes, it had been 90 plus days. I received a call from the Manager of the store today and he told me they were going to extend the warranty and would replace my washer, are you kidding me. Who does that, well Keller Appliance does. I recommend them to all, whether new or used. This is a classy company that truly does care about customer ratification.

I used to use another appliance company for a service call but I always have to wait over a week for a technician come to my house,then my friends told me about Keller appliance and I decide to give them a shot since they are a local business...when they arrived I could see they were very experience and professional.I had to go out of town the next day and my washer was broken and they fixed iit very fast because they have a lot of parts in stock also they charge me a reasonable price I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Bought a refridgerator from this place - unit broke within a day - when I called thy said they don't pickup I would have to drop it off. This was one day after they delivered the unit to my home? I have had the refridgerator serviced 5 time in less than a year - I have to de-ice it every other week or the freezer stopped working? The service people are not prompt so I have wasted 5 days waiting for the service people to drop in and they never have the parts with them so they have to back. Horrible!

My refrigerator was broken and my food was going bad so I called a couple of other companies either the service call was too expensive or I would have to wait two or three days to come out then I called Keller appliance and they were here with in the hour,not only did they fix my refrigerator but they save my food too and I thought their price was very reasonable GREAT JOB GUYS

Came out and took a look at my dishwasher and was on time and honest. No high pressure sales or anything. Even called the shop to see what they had in stock for me and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong. Haven't decided what to do...it is a "costly" repair. Said I would be better off maybe looking at a refurb unit. But the service was great.
