Gillin Realty helped my husband and I find and purchase our first home and they were wonderful to work with! Everything from helping us find a lender to making sure everything went smoothly for closing!

If you are looking for property do NOT go through Gillin Realty. The appliances and toilets they have in their properties (at least ours) constantly break and they don't want to reimburse you for the spoiled food and outrageous water bills that come with it. They never call you back when they say they will or repair things in a timely manner. Oh, and on top of it all, the things you do to the house (installing mirror for the bathroom, putting up rods in the closet, ect.) although YOU payed for it all, they expect you to leave it or they are taking your deposit. Just a warning to people trying to get your own place and bettering yourself only to get the run around and get robbed of the money you work hard for.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I have rented from them for almost 2 years now and thankfully will be moving on shortly. They do have reasonable rent prices however the value of that is nothing due to their customer service and professionalism. We had a water leak between our washer and the 2nd bedroom for a week and a half after we told them before they got it fixed. She wanted to save $20 on a dish washer repair so she ordered a back ordered part from china so our dish washer was broke for a month and half. They require cashiers checks for rent instead of personal checks which is a huge headache every month to pay rent. She treats her tenants like they know nothing and are idiots. I actually know alot about houses and am not a bimbo girl. If you can find ANYONE else to rent from you are better off.

Wish I could give zero stars. I'm a single mom traveling with work and had a friend staying in contact with the office. Applied for a rental property on her website, that stills says is available even after she told me they posted it was leased online, put in a credit app and $50 app fee under the assumption based on Alex and Samantha in the office, that it was available. Did not receive a call from them and I had to call their office regarding the app, when she tells me it's been leased already.....though it still shows on her personal business page it's available. Had my friend call back that had been dealing with the agent regarding the deposit, as my money is very tight right now, and the owner was very rude and then told her a completely different story then she did me. Needless to say I WOULD NOT trust this company. No one in the office is on the same page with business and she is incredibly rude and when asked about information regarding the BBB she was extremely rude and hung up. Seems like they make money off of credit app fees with no intentions of actually trying to lease to you or giving you upfront information. I would not want a landlord who swindles people this way to also be entrusted to care for a rental property. AWFUL SERVICE and SHADY PEOPLE
