Located outside of New York in Kearny, N.J., Spectra Colors is an international supplier of colorants and dyes. The company supplies the manufacturers of such products as inks, coatings, stains, cosmetics, detergents, drugs, foods, household goods, soaps, paper, plastic, dyes, textiles and waxes. Spectra Colors was founded in 1987 and acquired the assets of the Colors Division from Bachmeier and Co. Spectra Colors has a fully equipped laboratory and staff of experienced chemists and technicians help determine what colorant is needed on a consultant basis.
