HELLO. WE USED THIS COMPANY TODAY AND WHAT A RELIEF IT WAS TO FIND SOMEONE THAT REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I was really let down by this fly-by-night outfit. The stretch apparently broke down on route to my pick up but I was left standing with no info until I called them and navigated my way through the infuriating voice menu to a human. I then fired them. I only just made my sailing time - thanks to a good old NYC yellow cab hailed on the street.

I flew from Portugal to JFK for the 1st time in 2008, i'm so glad i hired this service, the driver had arrived at the airport on time and was waiting for me outside costumes ( this is great when you have no idea where you're going ).

I have to say the experience was excellent and the driver was very very knowledgeable besides the driving to my hotel he told me a lot of facts about New York City and i had a great chat. Ever since i have been using this company for all my transportation needs.



p.s.- i forgot to mention they have great cars with brand new hybrid technology which makes me feel much better about the environment!

I've been around NYC for a couple of years now, and due to the nature of my business I find my self ridding limo services often, however, many of the so called "luxury limo service" don't come close to the awesome service NYC CHAUFFEURS ULMD offer.
