Several years ago I traveled using Eppley Express frequently to go to Omaha and found it to be a pleasant and convenient way to get to the airport. I called today 7/18/18 to inquire about the current schedule which I had pulled up on the internet & didn't quite understand. The lady to whom I spoke was very curt and unpleasant. Without allowing me to fully explain (our conversation was less than one minute) she abruptly said (she didn't have time to argue with me) and hung up. I tried calling back but she did not pick up the phone. What an amazing representation of your company. I am 81 years old and have never encountered such a rude and insulting person. In my opinion, she needs training and skill development in how to deal with the public if she continues in this position. There really must be a difficulty in finding properly trained, courteous, and common sense help.
