I have tried a few companies and none of them have even come close to the wonderful work Home Comfort Care does. When they leave my home is a home again. Give them a call and see for yourself, you will never find another company like them!

We are very disappointed with your service.



Some of the items we asked to be cleaned were not. In six hours time your cleaning professional was able to accomplish what my wife accomplishes in three hours time.



Your employee did not have a plan when she came to clean. In fact the following conversation took place with my wife, "I don't know where to start, maybe I should vacuum first." When you hire a professional service you expect that they will know what they are doing. Imagine pulling up to the mechanic's shop, they open the hood of your vehicle and then say, "We don't know where to start." At that point you'd probably go somewhere else. Well we couldn't because we had already paid through Groupon.



The areas cleaned looked ok but some areas could of been cleaned better.



We have used other cleaning services in the past and did not have any issues. Needless to say, we will not be using your service again.



Finally, when a customer calls and leaves two voicemails regarding an issue with your service, it's best practice to return their call, not send them an email.

Home Comfort care is so flexible with my schedule and caters to my exact preferences. I know that I can trust anyone they send in my home even when I am not there. Thank you for making my life easier!
