I am giving one star to Vision One due to multiple problems I have had with this company that led to me making many unneccessary trips and spending a lot of extra time in their office dealing with those problems. Here is a list: glasses that were ordered got lost, a month i later had to choose a new frame, get new measurements taken for the new lenses . Another few weeks. The glasses came back with lenses that needed further adjustment. Another few weeks.

This year I needed new prescription lenses put into my old frame. The lenses that came from the lab were larger than the original. The office technician tried to fit without success, then put my old lens back. Couple of days later the lens frame screw came out and lens fell out. Came back to the office for a fix. the fix lasted few more days and the same problem. The office staff told me the frame was old but did not want to recognize they broke it whentrying to fit in an oversized lens. Due to so many problems i decided to seek for another provider and asked Vision One refunding my hefty copayment I paid for the wrongly cut lenses. They refused motivating they incurred costs and could not refund.
